Wisp Front Worker

This Worker forwards all WebSocket upgrade requests to the internal wisp-core service binding and serves static assets from the Workers asset bundle.

If you expected a larger app shell here, add your source assets under public, build, bin, apps, or aboutproxy/static at the repo root and redeploy.
